Megan Mayhugh, Managing Director
Megan Mayhugh has decades of experience attracting, engaging, and managing a business's greatest asset - people. In roles as a McKinsey consultant, bond trader, Chief People Officer, Chief Growth Officer and Chief of Staff and HR department head at Bridgewater Associates, she has always helped companies strategically navigate and adapt to enterprise-wide change while focusing on employee engagement, driving business results, and improving the bottom line.
Meg is passionate about recruiting, compensation, and employee engagement and launched People Architects, an HR, Talent, and Recruiting consulting firm to help growing small and mid-size companies win the war on talent.
She earned a Psychology degree from Amherst College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Sarah Binderberger, Head of Talent Acquisition, Partner
Sarah and her team work with clients to both hire talent that helps optimize organizations as well as helps individuals move forward with confidence in their career journeys.
With nearly three decades in recruiting across Staffing, Corporate, Fractional, and Executive Search, she is known for building clear, disciplined processes that keep hiring consistent, compliant, and effective. Sarah develops recruiter readiness kits, competency tools, scorecards, interview frameworks, and documentation that ensure every recruiter operates at the same high standard. She trains teams, reinforces best practices, and safeguards the legal and procedural integrity of the full hiring workflow.
Alongside leading Talent, Sarah heads our Outplacement practice, delivered by active and tenured recruiters who work inside the hiring market every day. She and her team use our unique process to make career transitions clearer and faster, offering steady, candid guidance that helps clients step back into the market with confidence.
Sarah’s industry exposure spans Finance (Hedge Fund, Asset & Wealth Management), Private Equity, and M&A (including PE roll-ups and aggregators) as well as Entertainment, DTC & E-Commerce, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Legal, Engineering, MarTech, and founder-led companies. She is also experienced in scaling businesses on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
Regardless of setting, her impact is the same: cleaner processes, stronger hires, and candidates who feel seen, prepared, and supported.

Natalie Worcester, Head of Talent Development, Head of Business Development, Partner
Natalie Worcester is a creator, a collaborator, and a coach who helps organizations grow by developing people and strengthening leadership.
Her experience in talent and organizational development, combined with her background in sales and leadership, allows her to identify business and talent opportunities and deliver solutions that create lasting impact. She is skilled at cultivating connection, building community, and partnering with leaders at all levels to support their growth.
Natalie is a strategic partner passionate about growing businesses through developing people and helping teams build the clarity and confidence needed to thrive. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation.

Peggy Grospitch, Head of HR Consulting
Peggy is a seasoned HR leader with expertise in executive coaching, organizational design, leadership development, and HR strategy. She brings a strong generalist background across industries and a proven ability to build and scale HR functions that drive business growth.
Previously VP of HR at Lumitex, Inc., Peggy built the HR department from the ground up and later focused on culture and talent development. She has led cross-functional teams, guided organizational change initiatives, and served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. She partners with leaders to design effective policies and processes in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career planning.
Peggy holds a BA from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University

With over 20 years of experience in professional services, financial services, and telecommunications industries, Mona excels in aligning business strategy with talent management to drive engagement and retention.
Prior to joining People Architects, Mona held leadership roles at Ernst & Young and served in various capacities at PNC Financial Services, National City Bank, and AT&T. As a human capital consultant, coach, and facilitator, Mona is dedicated to inspiring growth aligned with organizational priorities.

Katie Wehner, Senior HR Consultant
Katie is a people centered HR professional with a leadership style rooted in empathy and more than 20 years of hands-on experience across the non profit, education, and corporate sectors. She holds a PHR certification.
Her background includes compliance, ADA accommodations, policy development, career coaching, and program management. Katie is skilled at building relationships, collaborating across all levels of an organization, and balancing big picture thinking with strong execution of day to day processes.
Katie is passionate about cultivating authentic relationships with organizations and individuals and brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to every partnership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University.

Phyllis Webb, Sr. Recruiter
Phyllis is an experienced Executive Recruiter with a previous career history as a Director of Information Technology. Most recently, she has worked as an executive recruiter for Dise & Company, a well-known executive recruiting organization located in Cleveland, Ohio. In that role, Phyllis worked across industries, with nonprofit organizations and search committees, and hundreds of candidates to find the perfect fit for both the clients and candidates.
Prior to her work as an Executive Recruiter, Phyllis had a long career in Information Technology. As a long-term IT Director at Progressive Insurance, she was responsible for managing large organizations and directing the implementation of many large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects. Phyllis brings overall business experience as an IT leader in insurance, manufacturing, and banking.
Phyllis has a B.S. from Ohio University and an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. She is a certified DDI facilitator. Phyllis is a member of the Board of Directors for Stella Maris.
As an organizational business partner and leader, a manager of large teams, and mentor to others, Phyllis has found a natural fit in the world of search, learning over the years that technologies can come and go, it’s people that make the difference.

Jim Sweet, Recruiter
Jim is a results oriented recruiter who is known for building long term relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
He has more than 30 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and recruiting and has been named People Architects Recruiter of the Year in 2024, 2023, and 2022. Jim is highly skilled at identifying top talent and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.Before joining People Architects, Jim worked as a Senior Regional Manager in the apparel and footwear industry, where he recruited and developed leaders and mentored talent into district manager roles. Coming from the revenue and cost side of the business, recruiting was an important part of his work and ultimately led him to where he is today. This unique background gives Jim a stronger understanding of organizational needs than a typical recruiter and allows him to evaluate candidate potential with a broader business perspective.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University, where he studied Marketing.
