Last week, one of our local Fractional HR clients in Cleveland experienced a surprise visit from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Thanks to some early planning, the situation was handled calmly and without disruption.

This organization has a diverse workforce and reached out to us earlier this year to partner on a response plan in case of an ICE visit. As you can imagine, it can be overwhelming — but because they had a clear plan in place, they were able to respond appropriately and confidently.
